The challenge
A small engine repair shop was taking every booking by phone during working hours, losing evening enquiries and double-booking its two technicians.
The outcome
An online booking flow with a service catalogue, technician capacity and automated reminders. Bookings roughly tripled and no-shows fell once SMS reminders went live.
What we built
- Service catalogue with duration and pricing
- Capacity-aware scheduling for technicians
- Automated email and SMS reminders
- Seasonal maintenance campaign pages
- Local SEO and Google Business setup
